Ray was very responsive anytime I called or had issues with the new owner. He came through many times, and was outstanding with assisting us on both the sale of our house and the purchase of my new house. Ray is amazing, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell in the Milwaukee Area! We are first time homebuyers and had a million questions, and Ray gave thoughtful and genuine answers to every question and concern we had. He went above and beyond every step of the way, from late night showings to early morning meetings, Ray worked 7 days a week to get me into my house. I almost quit a bunch of times before working with Ray, and I would have if we didn’t find him. It’s hard being a first-time home buyer these days and I was starting to get discouraged, but Ray was helpful and supportive, but not pushy at all. He made going to showings fun and pressure free. Ray helped me get creative in drafting our offers, and due to his expertise we were able to get a house for under asking! In this market, I had no expectation that was even still an option! Once we had an accepted offer, he helped coordinate and explain all of the next steps. He helped us set up the inspection and renegotiated after some defects were found. He coordinated having all the contractors come out to give us quotes in a super short timeframe, while negotiating the repairs with the seller. At the end of the day, we walked away with a house under asking, with all the repairs completed. Again, I can’t stress how much work Ray did to take care of all of that while I didn’t have to do much at all. I’m not exaggerating when I say he was coordinating late into the night, 7 days a week to make this happen. After some repairs were done to the roof, he actually got his ladder out and went up to the roof to check that the work was done properly. His background in contracting makes him a great agent for someone like myself who has rented their whole life, works a white collar job, and doesn’t know the first thing about roofs or foundation issues. Ray’s an excellent communicator, and just genuinely a super nice guy. You could not go wrong working with him.
