I would recommend Janaye to anyone and everyone. She is patient and a great listener. She got to know us and our childrwn to know exactly what we were looking for in a home. After 5 years of trying to buy a home with multiple offers given we found our forever home with sound advice. She goes above and beyond to help and give advice. When she didnt have the answer she quickly found it out. She made the buying and selling process less stressful. That sound advice carried over to selling our home and we had multiple offers the first day on the market. Again I feel like we gained a friend and not just a realtor!

Mrs. Janaye Norene is such an effective real estate agent who is both talented and experienced, allowing her to formulate thoughtful, strategic plans for selling her clients' properties. She tends to discuss relevant details with her clients for achieving mutual understanding. She seems always there whenever her clients call/text her. She is really helpful during the process. My condo got sold in two days. Frankly, Janaye did very good job.

Janaye and Raymond married duo were a great find for me and I found via the reviews I looked through compared to other Milwaukee agents. From the time I first called them to a 2 week later closing for my airbnb property it was fast acting, great communication and results I was looking for. They found an off market buyer for a price I was looking for and even better terms to make it easy for me. I would highly recommend them if you are trying to leverage their network, expertise, reputation, responsiveness and results.
